  2. Anjali❤ thank you so much for being a part of this book . It was not easy for me to do this book until and unless my contributors supported me with so much love. Sweets are an integral part of Indian culture and so I made a small attempt to creat a platform to talk about few sweets and their history. The diversity of the sweet history is huge in this book and I thank all my Co authors to help me learn about few sweets I was not aware about. I wish more people read it and know about Indian Sweets 😋

  15. I just read your fascinating blog on the history of Indian sweets—what an enlightening journey through their rich traditions and flavors! It’s incredible how these sweets reflect such a deep cultural heritage. On a related note, I recently dined at Appetiser Restaurant, where I enjoyed their amazing strawberry waffles. They were a perfect balance of crispy and fluffy, with fresh strawberries and a hint of sweetness. It was a delightful contrast to the traditional sweets you described, showing how diverse and creative the world of desserts can be. Thanks for the great read and inspiring me to explore more delicious treats!
