How to make Bun Pizza for kids?

Pizza in a Jiffy, anyone?? And that too with lefover buns? If your kids are constantly begging for pizza as a snack, whether in their tiffins or when they get home from school, this Bun Pizza is the perfect solution.

While scrolling through my Instagram reels, I found this tasty-looking recipe. Having kids forces you to constantly look for quick and simple meals. The following day I gave it a shot, and it worked perfectly; however, I have yet to take good photos worthy of posting here and on Instagram.

Buns are stuffed with a vibrant array of vegetables, flavored with herbs, and crowned with loads of cheese before being cooked in an air fryer for just one minute. And there you have it: a delicious pizza-like snack.

This is a super quick and super easy recipe with no special prep at all. Just assemble, bake and eat

How to make Bun snack pizza for kids?

Ingredients for Bun Pizza

  • Buns – 2
  • Onion (cut in small pieces)
  • Paneer (crushed)
  • Corn
  • Capsicum / Bell Peppers – ¼ cup chopped finely
  • Mozzarella cheese as needed
  • Oregano – as needed
  • Red Chilli Flakes as needed
  • Garlic powder – a fat pinch

P.S : You can take any vegetable of your choice.

Instructions

How to make Bun snack pizza for kids?
  1. Take buns and scoop out the top making a hole halfway through it.
  2. In a pan add butter and slightly sauté the veggies with salt and oregano seasoning. You can add sauce also in this.
  3. Inside the bun, apply little butter.
  4. Now add your sautéed veggies.
  5. Add cheese to top it up and sprinkle oregano, black pepper and Chilli flakes.
  6. Now put this for about 1min or till cheese is slightly browned.

Me… for later use, I counter-dry them and grind them into crumbs.

P.S. : If you do not have access to an air fryer, you can still make these bun pizzas in a microwave or on a tawa.
